Process: The overall carburizing and quenching process is adopted.

The surface hardness of the product (Rockwell hardness, HRC) is 58-60, and the effective wear-resistant layer is 1.2mm. 

Applicable range 

Compatible pump type: ZEXEL PES series, and some 1010/1046 series inline pumps 

Engine compatibility: Isuzu 4BG1/6BG1, Mitsubishi 6D16, Komatsu 6D102, etc. (commonly found in excavators, loaders, and generator sets); Inline fuel injection pump camshaft (common for 4-cylinder / 6-cylinder pumps)
