Process: The overall carburizing and quenching process is adopted.

The surface hardness of the product (Rockwell hardness, HRC) is 58-60, and the effective wear-resistant layer is 1.2mm.

Isuzu: 6BG1, 6BD1 series (excavators, forklifts, loaders) 

Mitsubishi: 6D16, 6D17 series (for heavy trucks and construction machinery) 

Hino: W04D, H07C series (medium-sized buses, light trucks)
