Process: The overall carburizing and quenching process is adopted.

The surface hardness of the product (Rockwell hardness, HRC) is 58-60, and the effective wear-resistant layer is 1.2mm.

Pump type: ZEXEL PES4 series inline fuel injection pump (commonly found in 4-cylinder engines) 

Compatible engines: Isuzu 4BG1/4JB1, Nissan QD32, Mitsubishi 4M40, etc. (commonly used in excavators, forklifts, and small loaders)
